Anchefenmut was a Wab-priest in front of Mut of Isheru
etc. (see left) in the latter part of the 21a Theban Dynasty
of the High Priests of Amun. His coffins were found in the
"2nd Cache", Bab el-Gasus in 1891. (PM I.ii p. 632)

The photograph below shows how the coffin and
mummy-cover are now displayed in the National Museum,
Cairo. The original images shown here were made under
these conditions by CESRAS Research Fellow Sergej V.
Ivanov in January, 2007. Digital editing and
reconstructions by Research Fellow Edward R. Loring,
2008.
