Below: Cairo National Museum CG61031: Outer Coffin of Isetemkheb D, tub, left, found in the Royal Cache TT320 in 1881. She was the sister-wife of the High Priest of Amun Pinodjem II. This is from the second set of coffins made for her, the first set having been requisitioned for the burial of Nesykhonsu, niece-wife of Pinodjem II, who died unexpectedly while quite young (ca. 30) and had not had coffins prepared for her. The scene, showing the solar barque is presented here as it appears today and as a reconstruction of how it appeared after being painted and before varnish was applied. CESRAS photos by Sergej V.
